Samsung has officially expanded its Galaxy Tab S10 lineup with a new affordable option, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. Designed for students, creators, and everyday users, the tablet offers a large display, bundled S Pen, and long-lasting battery life without the premium pricing of its flagship siblings.
Display and Design
The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite features a 10.9-inch TFT display with a resolution of 2112 x 1320 pixels and peak brightness of 600 nits. It also supports Samsung’s Vision Booster technology for improved outdoor visibility and comes with TÜV Rheinland certification to reduce eye strain from blue light. Weighing 524 grams and just 6.6mm thick, the device is lightweight and portable.

Performance and Software
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1380 chipset, paired with either 6GB or 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage, expandable via microSD up to 2TB. Out of the box, it runs Android 15 with One UI 7 and promises seven years of software and security updates, ensuring long-term usability.
Battery and Charging
Fueling the device is a large 8,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, making it suitable for long study sessions, streaming, and productivity tasks.
Cameras and Features
The camera setup includes an 8MP rear sensor and a 5MP front camera for video calls and online classes. While modest compared to smartphones, these cameras are typical for tablets in this category.
Samsung has also packed in several smart productivity tools like Handwriting Help (converts notes to text), Solve Maths, Split View, and Circle to Search with Google.

S Pen and Creative Tools
One of the biggest highlights is the included S Pen stylus, which allows for note-taking, sketching, and editing documents. The device also supports creative apps like Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint, LumaFusion, and Notion, with free trials and discounts available during launch.
Availability
The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite will be available in Grey, Silver, and Coral Red colors starting September 5. Global variants include 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB models, with Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity options depending on the market.
Speaking at the launch, Changtae Kim, EVP of Samsung Electronics, said the tablet was designed to offer “practical, everyday functionality to more people around the world”, bridging the gap between productivity and entertainment.
