Both CPUs are based on AMD’s Zen 5 architecture, featuring 16 cores and 32 threads with boost clocks reaching up to 5.4GHz. The Ryzen 9 9955HX3D stands out with its 144MB cache thanks to 3D V-Cache technology, while the Ryzen 9 9955HX comes with 80MB cache. Both chips start at 55W TDP, adjustable up to 75W for extra performance headroom.
