Bavarian-based Linux laptop specialist TUXEDO Computers has unveiled its latest high-performance model — the InfinityBook Pro 15 Gen10 — powered by AMD’s cutting-edge Ryzen AI 300 series “Strix Point” processors.
Set to begin shipping in late August 2025, this Linux-friendly 15.3-inch ultrabook is built for power users, developers, and content creators who prioritize portability without sacrificing performance.
AI-Driven Performance Meets Linux Optimization
The InfinityBook Pro 15 Gen10 supports AMD’s Ryzen AI 300 lineup — from the AI 7 350 with 8 cores up to the AI 9 HX 370 featuring 12 cores and 80 TOPS (trillions of operations per second) for local AI computing. TUXEDO touts up to 110% improved AI performance over its Gen9 predecessor, even as Linux AI software support remains in early stages.
Each model features integrated AMD Radeon 800M series graphics, with up to 16 GPU cores, delivering notable gains over previous generations and enabling smooth performance for productivity apps, AI workloads, and moderate gaming.
Ultra-Light Build with Premium Specs
Weighing just 1.75 kg and measuring under 20 mm thick, the InfinityBook Pro 15’s aluminum chassis houses a high-resolution 15.3-inch display (2560×1600, 500 nits brightness, 100% sRGB), a full-size backlit keyboard (ISO or ANSI), and a massive 99 Wh battery — the largest legally allowed for air travel.
The laptop includes dual upgradeable RAM slots supporting up to 128 GB DDR5 and dual PCIe 4.0 SSD slots offering up to 8TB of storage. It also features extensive connectivity, including USB4, HDMI 2.1, LAN, and full-size SD card reader.
Designed for Linux, Built for Power Users
True to TUXEDO’s Linux-first approach, the InfinityBook Pro 15 comes with TUXEDO OS or Ubuntu 24.04 pre-installed (both optionally with full-disk encryption). Windows 11 is also supported. TUXEDO provides Linux-optimized drivers, custom power management tools, and dedicated Linux support.
