Getac Technology Corporation has announced the launch of the F120, the world’s first fully rugged tablet to qualify as a Copilot+ PC, bringing advanced edge AI performance to field professionals across multiple industries.
The Getac F120 features a large 12.2-inch LumiBond display, Intel® Core™ Ultra 200V Series Processor, and Intel® AI Boost NPU, enabling up to 48 TOPS of AI acceleration. With support for real-time analytics, diagnostics, and GIS mapping, the tablet is designed to help professionals in defense, utilities, manufacturing, and automotive sectors operate more effectively in the field.

AI-Powered Performance in the Field
Copilot+ PCs represent the next generation of Windows devices, requiring powerful neural processors, at least 16GB of RAM, and biometric security. The F120 not only meets these requirements but also enhances productivity with up to 32GB LPDDR5X memory, 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD, and Windows Hello facial recognition for secure access.

The rugged design of the F120 includes MIL-STD-810H and IP66 certifications, 6ft drop resistance, and an operating range from -29˚C to +63˚C. The tablet’s hot-swappable batteries ensure all-day productivity, while connectivity features such as WiFi 7 and Thunderbolt™ 4 keep professionals connected in mission-critical scenarios.
Its sunlight-readable display and compact design make it suitable for extreme conditions, whether used in vehicles as a mobile command center or outdoors for field service and diagnostics.

The Getac F120 rugged Copilot+ tablet PC will be available starting October 2025.
